Paying with crypto keeps our costs — and therefore your prices — the lowest anywhere. But some customers legitimately prefer a card. So instead of banning cards (like most stores in this market), we let customers earn them.
Chargeback fraud is brutal in this market. A buyer receives working hardware, keeps it, and files a “unauthorized purchase” dispute anyway. The card network almost always sides with the buyer, the store eats the product and a fee, and prices go up for every honest customer to cover the losses.
Most stores respond by banning cards entirely. Our answer is different: cards are available to customers with a track record, protected by an electronic waiver that makes disputes pointless — because every issue is already covered by a guarantee that pays out.
Crypto rails (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, SOL) are fully open from your very first order. Card checkout unlocks after your first successful delivery.
Complete one paid order (crypto in mock mode, or any eBay purchase verified through our support desk). Sign the electronic waiver at checkout, and card rails open for every future purchase.
Multiple clean orders over time. Elite customers get priority support routing and first access to new product drops.
When card checkout unlocks, you sign a short waiver before your payment is processed:
I confirm I am the authorized cardholder. I understand that specialized hardware and account products are non-refundable once delivered, and I agree to resolve any issue through the TRUEWayz support desk (replacement or repair) rather than a bank chargeback.
Your signature is timestamped against your order and stored as proof. This isn't about dodging responsibility — it's the opposite. It works because the warranty behind it is real: a 24-hour first-login guarantee on accounts and a 90-day defect replacement on hardware. If something goes wrong, you're covered without a fight. The waiver just removes the one path that dishonest buyers used to abuse.
Your tier is calculated automatically from your completed orders.
