When you place an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. All prices are in USD. The total you see before confirming payment is the total you pay — we do not add hidden fees.
Account credentials are delivered to your encrypted Order Vault once payment is confirmed. You are responsible for changing the password and linked email promptly after delivery. Accounts are covered by our 24-hour first-login replacement warranty — see the Warranty page for exact terms. Sales of digital credentials are final once delivered.
Hardware ships with tracking to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address. Hardware is covered by our 90-day defect warranty and, with every direct order, a 1-year setup support pass. Software modification or physical damage voids the defect warranty.
Crypto payments are final and carry no chargeback mechanism. Card payments are offered through our trusted-buyer waiver: by signing, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder and agree to resolve any issue through TRUEWayz support before initiating a dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to support and future purchases.
Our hardware products are sold as development and general-purpose devices. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any software or platform you use them with. TRUEWayz does not provide or support cheating software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUEWayz's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
