When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your email address, name, and — for physical hardware — a shipping address. If you create an account, we store your email and a password hash (never your raw password).
Account credential orders are delivered through our encrypted Order Vault. Credentials are generated or sourced separately and shown only to the buyer who holds the vault access code.
Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (SellHub and its rails). We do not store your card number or crypto wallet private keys. Transaction records are retained for order support and dispute resolution.
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for your cart, login session, and order-vault access. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this storefront.
We share data only with the parties required to fulfill your order: the payment provider, and the shipping carrier for physical deliveries. We never sell personal information.
You may request a copy or deletion of the personal data we hold for you by contacting support. Order records tied to warranties and dispute resolution are retained as long as required to honor those terms.
