A fuser is a small video mixer box. Your gaming PC's display cable and your second PC's display cable both plug into it; a single cable runs to your monitor. The fuser blends the two pictures inside the box, downstream of your GPU — faster than any software overlay could, and without a single process running on the gaming side.
Gaming PC HDMI/DP goes into input 1. The second PC's overlay output goes into input 2. That's the whole installation.
The fuser chip composites the two feeds with hardware color-keying — under 0.1 ms added, imperceptible in any competitive match.
Your monitor receives a single normal signal. Because the blend happens after the gaming GPU's output, the gaming PC's own recordings show only the game — the overlay is added in the box, not in software.
Pick by your monitor: HDMI 1080p/1440p today, DisplayPort 4K for high-refresh rigs.

Dual HDMI in, 240Hz-capable at 1080p. The value pick and the easiest first fuser to wire up.
Native DP 1.4 up to 4K 144Hz (9th-Gen) or frame-locked 1440p 240Hz for tournament play (D60).
The flagship: DP 2.1/HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, on-box OLED status panel, lossless HDR passthrough.
Under 0.1 ms — it passes the gaming signal through essentially untouched and only blends the second feed on top.
No drivers, no processes, no capture. The fuser operates entirely on the monitor cable, downstream of your GPU.
On the D60 and DC500, yes — variable refresh passthrough is supported. HDMI models run fixed refresh.
The fuser only handles video. For a complete 2PC setup, pair it with a DMA card and an input controller — or use the 2PC bundle builder for a configured discount.
